The steps needed to be a CDL holder
Contact your local DMV and tack a certified online written course. See suggested link in Resources.
Find a local company, training facility, course that will provide a vehicle. ie: Local School bus company, Metro bus, trucking company that will hire and train new drivers.
Once you pass your practical DMV road test, you now are a certified CDL holder, and the real experience begins. Find a good fit company that will work with you and help you grow.
How to be the best.
Taking Care of Business and Taking Care of the Clients. TCB in your lane and in your life. TCC in safety, needs, communication and delivery. Good book keeping, pre-planning and post trip evaluation.
Look after your body, both physically and mentally. Implement daily habits that will contribute to your wellbeing.
Putting in time and effort into relationships. This includes Family, Friends, Business associates and Clients.
